We called Basement Expert to come out and take a look at an overflowing gutter drain pipe that was causing water to pool near our foundation during heavy rain. They were very responsive and professional and Vlad and his team were able to come out the next day. When they arrived, they scoped our underground drain pipe and found no issue, but they did note that the gutter itself was not installed correctly and that the adapter from downspout to drain pipe needed replacing. They went to grab supplies and came back right away to fix it. They also didn’t charge us for the work because it was a small fix! I was super impressed with their work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to help us for free. I would recommend anyone to give them a call if you think they could help you out!
